The aim here is to provide technical and scientific support to O.EP.EK, in order for the Organisation to carry out its work in the best way possible, particularly with regard to:
- The planning of training policies and submission of relevant proposals to the Ministry of Education

- Selecting training projects which O.EP EK will carry out according to its priorities
- The accreditation process of trainers' qualifications

- Support to students with specialized educational needs or problem behaviour
- Organising the institution of periodical compulsory training for educational specialists of Vocational High Schools (EPA.L) - Technical Vocational Schools (TEE)
