Procurement of telecommunication and technical equipment
The Teacher Training Organisation' completed the outfitting of its offices and lecture rooms with a wide range of telecommunication and technical equipment (phone centre, photocopiers and fax machines).
'Integrated Information System'
The development and installation of an Integrated Information System arose from the need for effective management of the O.EP.EK projects and the creation of computer documentation to coordinate the training activities implemented by all further education agencies nationwide. The Integrated Information System will support the new executive staff of the services of the Organisation, as described in the Presidential Decree of O.EP.EK. The procedure has been completed.
Procurement of equipment for Multi-Use Meeting Room
O.EP.EK has set up a meeting room for the purpose of holding educational and training seminars and conferences. The procedure has been completed and the room has been fitted with: a) micro-phonic installation, b) mega-phonic installation and c) colour television sets.
'Procurement of Electronic Equipment'
For the Teacher Training Organisation to fulfill its mission, it proceeded with the acquisition of the appropriate electronic equipment aiming at setting up and staffing its services, taking into consideration the technical specifications of the overall Integrated Information System.
